With technical assistance provided by Infineum, a world leader in the formulation, manufacturing and marketing of petroleum additives, Multisol Russia [OOOMultisol] has created a brand new Fuel Analysis Laboratory in Moscow.

The facility will enable OOOMultisol to offer its customers a range of tests to satisfy specific needs. These include:

  • Cloud point (CP)
  • Pour Point (PP)
  • Cold Filter Plugging Point (CFPP)
  • High Frequency Reciprocating Rig (HFRR)

The new lab is the latest initiative by OOO Multisol to add customer value as it continues to drive new business and develop robust, long term partnerships. The company is already renowned for its market knowledge and works closely with some of Russia’s leading refiners. This new refinery-compliant technical resource means that samples no longer have to be sent to EU laboratories; therefore reducing transport costs and improving response times. In addition the laboratory complies with all Russian safety standards for laboratory facilities and includes a specially designed ventilation scheme and the latest fire-fighting system.

With the latest equipment and a highly talented technical team to support the business, the premises are equipped with:

  • Temperature test chamber Model WT 240/70
  • Automatic analyzer pour point and cloud point
  • Automatic analyzer cold filter plugging point (CFPP)
  • CPP 5Gs
  • Automatic analyzer of distillation characteristics at atmospheric pressure
  • ISL VIDA Density Meter

Shortly, it is planned to introduce a new method for determining the lubricity of diesel fuel
