Multisol are fully aware of REACh and its implications, and are committed to meeting our legal obligations, as a distributor for some of the World’s largest chemical companies.  Throughout the Pre-Registration Phase, we have been in close contact with our suppliers responsible for the Registration processes mandatory to the legislation.

We can confirm that we have been notified in good faith that all substances supplied by Multisol Group are Pre-Registered, and therefore eligible for legal sale within the European Union.

Multisol Group cannot assume any liability as to whether or when, our suppliers or other participants within our supply chain, will continue to fully register specific products.  We will, of course, make every effort to inform customers of any changes in material availability or their longer term circumstances.

As a distributor, we are committed to our obligations of facilitating the flow of information both up and down the supply chain.  Consequently, we ask our customers to be as open as possible and provide usage / application information for each product taken in accordance with the "use descriptor system" of RIP3.2 when required.

By ensuring this information is accurately fed up to our supplier principals, we hope to minimise any disruption to our customers and the European chemicals markets as a whole, and maximise the number of product applications permitted; whilst ultimately acknowledging the benefits the legislation will bring.
