Blending Capabilities - Multisol International Services
Multisol International Services (MIS) offers dedicated manufacturing and toll services to in-house companies, external suppliers and customers throughout Europe and elsewhere. MIS is located at Sotteville-les-Rouen, in the industrial heartland of Northern France and close to the international port of Le Havre.
Storage
- 4 ship-fed 2100 m3 tanks
- 51 heated 2600 m3 tanks
- 41 ambient 600 m3 tanks
Blending and production
- Continuous in-line blending by eight PLC controlled dosing loops at 25 m3/hr
- Over four mixer vessels operating at 36 m3
- Capabilities of dissolving viscosity modifiers at 40 tonnes per day
- Polymer dissolving processes are aided by a 20 tonne, steam heated Silverson disintegrator unit.
Drumming and filling
- One IBC filler (1000 litres) capable of six IBC’s per hour
- Three Drum fillers (200 litres) capable of 45 drums per hour
- One Drum filler (60 litres) capable of 60 drums per hour
- One Pail filler (20/25 litres) capable of 150 pails per hour
Packing
- Two packers at 4/5 litres giving a capability of 600 cans per hour
- One packer at one litre capable of 1800 litres per hour
- All lines are equipped with conveyors, capper, labelling, ink-jet facilities, palletiser, and shrink-wrapping abilities.
The on-site weighbridge aids bulk loading and quality analysis is undertaken by the on-site laboratories.
